Sergio Arenas, LCMHC

Tiffany rikard, lmft
Tiffany is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) and Reiki Master who offers individual, couples therapy, family therapy, and Reiki (energetic healing method that promotes relaxation and stress reduction through gentle touch).
She assists individuals in regaining the peace of mind that is often lost when their valued relationships have become chaotic and unfulfilling.
In addition to providing mental health services, she is an Assistant Professor of Counseling & Human Services at Pfeiffer University.
Tiffany is trained in multiple treatment modalities, including but not limited to Attachment-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Compassion-Focused, Expressive Arts Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness-Based, Trauma Focused, and Family Systems.
Specialties include Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Marital/ Premarital, Relationship Issues, Spirituality, and Women’s Issues. LQBTQIA+, anti-racist, and transgender affirming.

Megan Thompson, LCMHCA
Megan is a licensed clinical mental health counselor associate (LCMHCA) who specializes in supporting children and adolescents who are struggling with stress, anxiety, and other life challenges such as family changes and transitions, and academic transitions or challenges.
She has over a decade of experience teaching clients how to develop healthy coping skills to manage stress and anxiety. She strongly believes in providing her clients with the tools they need to feel empowered to navigate new challenges they may face both in and out of school, thus helping them build life-long resilience.
Megan strives to form a strong, therapeutic relationship where her clients feel safe, seen, heard, and valued. She meets her clients where they are, without judging their journey, and helps them reach their goals in a supportive, nurturing way.
Some of the specific interventions she utilizes with clients include cognitive behavior therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, mindfulness techniques, and play therapy.
In addition to providing mental health services, Megan is a licensed school counselor and a counselor education and supervision doctoral candidate at Regent University.
When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two young children; oftentimes at their various sports activities and competitions!
