Seasonal Alignment Series- Winter (Nourishment in the Stillness)

Join me in an arts-based exploration of what it means to nurture your self during the “cold” or seemingly barren season of your life. Following the pattern of the Winter season, we will explore needs that may

be present in the absence of old attachments and identify ways to meet those needs. 

We will create intentions for self-nourishment and create compassionate spaces for ourselves and others in the process!

No artistic experience needed! It’s about the process, not the product.

Be prepared to introspect and experience a new iteration of your Self.
